Privacy Policy

When you send us a message, request pricing or apply to our Partner Program, the form asks for some or all of the following:

• your name, email address and phone number
• your business name, city and state, and the type of business you run
• your resale certificate or business license number
• the products you are interested in, and any message you write to us

To apply for a partner portal account we ask for your business name, a contact name, your email address, your phone number and a password. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider and stored only in encrypted (hashed) form; APX staff cannot see it.

Once your account is approved, we also keep the records of our business with you: the quotes, orders and invoices on your account, and any product collections you save.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It records the page visited, the site that referred you, and general information such as your country, device type and browser. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you across other websites.

Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses and browser details, to keep the site running and secure.

The only cookies this site sets are the ones that keep you signed in to the partner portal. We use no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no cross-site tracking.

We use the information described above to:

• answer your questions and pricing requests
• review Partner Program and portal account applications
• run your account: quotes, orders, invoices, deliveries and pickups
• send you the emails that go with that business, such as invoices, product information you asked for, and payment reminders
• understand how the site is used so we can improve it
• keep the site secure and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising or marketing.

We share it only with the service providers that run parts of our business for us, and only so they can do that work:

• Vercel, which hosts this website and provides its page-view analytics
• Supabase, which provides our database and the portal sign-in
• Resend, which delivers the emails we send
• Mapbox, which our staff use to place customer business addresses on a map
• an AI service provider that our staff use to analyze internal business records, which can include the business details of our customers

We may disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale, merger or reorganization of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

We keep your information for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and after that for as long as we need it to meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations. Inquiries that do not lead to an account are kept only as long as they are useful for following up.

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to customer records is limited to APX staff according to their role. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing office@apx-tile.com. We may need to keep some records, such as invoices, where the law requires us to.

This site is for businesses. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top of it.
